I’m Lindsay Ellis — a leadership consultant, fractional CMO, and author dedicated to helping organizations grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
For more than two decades, I’ve led marketing, culture, and leadership initiatives for fast-growing companies, national brands, and mission-driven organizations. My passion is helping teams cut through confusion, strengthen alignment, and build the kind of workplaces people want to be part of.
Today, I partner with businesses as a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, guiding everything from brand strategy and marketing transformation to leadership development and culture rebuilding. My approach blends real-world experience, data-driven thinking, and a deep belief that strong leadership creates strong companies.
I’m also the author of Beyond the Ordinary Leader: The No-Suck Leadership Manifesto, where I share the lessons that shaped my leadership journey and the principles I now teach in workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements.
